North East Water – Price Submission 2026–2031
To prepare for its 2026–2031 price submission, North East Water partnered with Tingwall to design and deliver an engagement program that gave customers a clear voice in the process.
Following our proven approach to engagement for price submissions, Tingwall provided North East Water with end-to-end support to investigate customer priorities, conduct rigorous quantitative analysis of their willingness to pay for various experiences, and oversee representative, unbiased deliberation of options.
