The Tingwall team has partnered with around 40 state government agencies, as well as several federal departments, to make strategic improvements to their organisation.  

We have delivered stakeholder, community and staff engagement projects for various government agencies. These have ranged from bespoke projects that test community acceptance of major infrastructure projects, to stakeholder reviews, research design, committee reviews and employee engagement measures.  

Over the past five years we have extended our passion for engagement to develop customer, stakeholder and community surveys. Some of our most satisfied clients have been government departments that have contracted us to conduct fully customised stakeholder consultations and independent reviews. These have spanned investigations of bullying, to bushfire preparedness and highly sensitive issues like drug rehabilitation.  

We also have extensive experience transitioning large government departments to new survey and measurement tools, so we understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of historical data.
