Tingwall and Insync are pleased to share the next evolution of the Alignment and Engagement Survey – a modernised, shorter AES designed to make participation easier while maintaining the rigour that our clients expect.
When surveys are too long, respondents can lose focus, rush their answers or disengage altogether, which can affect the quality of the survey results. That’s why we’ve modernised the AES, informed by client feedback.
The updated version has been streamlined from 76 items to 53 items (45 validated items and 8 new items with emerging benchmarks), with the model refined from eight factors to seven. A small number of items have also been updated to better reflect today’s workplace.
The modernised AES has been carefully tested and psychometrically validated by over 5,200 survey responses to ensure it remains reliable, meaningful and focused on what matters most.
Matching Tingwall’s domain expertise with Insync’s technology, the modernised AES is available through our interactive Aleph portal. Clients who prefer traditional reporting can continue using the previous version of the survey.
Below is a short psychometric analysis report that outlines the testing behind the updated AES and provides reassurance about the strength of the new model.
