A career highlight involved supporting Hunter Water through a unique pricing engagement under IPART’s 3Cs model, incorporating a staged valuation process and deliberative forum to navigate a significant, unavoidable price increase. IPART graded Hunter Water’s multi-stage engagement program at an Advanced level – the only corporation in New South Wales to achieve this rating.
With over six years at Insync, Jane’s experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, inclusive practices, and multi-stage engagement programs allows her to apply evidence-based customer and community insights to support organisational decision-making.
