Tony is a trusted advisor and facilitative leader who helps councils and government agencies turn data into action, engage stakeholders, and build capability across both organisations and communities.

He combines strategic insight with an inclusive, facilitative approach to help clients build leadership capacity, align teams, and foster trust. His ability to distil complex data into shared priorities empowers employees and communities to shape meaningful, evidence-informed outcomes.

Tony has supported councils, government departments, and statutory agencies to strengthen internal leadership and engage communities in shaping better services and strategies. His work consistently delivers more inclusive planning, improved service outcomes, and enduring organisational and community impact.

He has worked with numerous organisations to build leadership capability, including Merri-bek City Council, where he led over 16 action planning workshops in a single year. This work transformed employee engagement insights into practical, organisation-wide strategies—aligning teams, strengthening leadership, and driving measurable results.

With over 25 years of experience, Tony’s credibility is grounded in senior roles with LGPro and Leadership Victoria, and decades of consulting across the local government and public sectors. His background equips him to provide strategic, evidence-based support that’s deeply attuned to the challenges and opportunities faced by Insync’s clients.
