Eleanor is a community engagement specialist designing inclusive engagement processes that enable governments and utilities to make informed decisions.

Eleanor partners with organisations to collaboratively design engagement approaches that meet the unique needs of the project, organisation, and their stakeholders. Her independent facilitation style builds trust and puts people at ease, creating a safe space for genuine dialogue, giving clients confidence that outcomes are credible, thoughtful, and grounded in real community insight.

Eleanor is calm, collaborative, and highly effective. She designs processes that are safe and respectful where participants feel heard and valued. Her thoughtful and adaptable approach puts people at ease and ensures that even complex projects progress with clarity and purpose.

Working in multiple sectors, Eleanor likes the unique challenges of each project and designing creative yet practical solutions. She continually delivers high-quality outcomes by combining professionalism with a flexible, client-centred approach that adapts to project complexity, shifting needs, and organisational context. Her collaborative style and deep engagement expertise have supported clients to navigate multi-stakeholder challenges and generate insights that continue to inform decisions well beyond the project’s end.

Eleanor leads Insync’s deliberative engagement practice, specialising in regulated processes that meet statutory requirements while delivering meaningful outcomes. She has recently led multiple deliberative engagements for Victorian councils, informing key corporate planning documents processes that has met regulatory compliance for water price submissions.

Eleanor brings over 15 years of experience in designing and facilitating engagement. Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Politics and Communications and a Master of International, Urban and Environmental Management. Her career has spanned public and private sectors, with a focus on partnering with organisations to deliver engagement that is purposeful, inclusive, and impactful. Eleanor values community involvement and served as Board Member for Engage 2 Act Australia and New Zealand, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to advancing citizen engagement practice, a member of her local school council and governance committees for her local council.
