Liam holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Melbourne, where he researched deliberative engagements for energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to Insync, Liam supported the delivery of engagement projects for local governments and regional water corporations. He also brings over seven years of experience in client-facing roles as a business owner and educator.
