Liam is a passionate engagement professional who helps public sector and utility clients to build stronger relationships with their customers and communities.

He combines analytical rigour with a deep commitment to community-centred decision-making. With experience in engagement delivery, qualitative research and statistical analysis, Liam generates actionable insights that enable clients to make evidence-based decisions

Liam holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Melbourne, where he researched deliberative engagements for energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to Insync, Liam supported the delivery of engagement projects for local governments and regional water corporations. He also brings over seven years of experience in client-facing roles as a business owner and educator.
