Sanjaya is a senior manager who is passionate about helping the Local Government sector attract and retain top talent by helping councils measure and improve employee experience.

Sanjaya brings deep expertise in employee engagement, data analysis, and strategic facilitation, underpinned by over 15 years of consulting experience and a Net Promoter Score of +91. His strengths, in particular his ability to translate data into actionable insights, enable Insync’s clients to drive meaningful cultural change and improve organisational performance.

Sanjaya has worked with more than 40 local government organisations to help them measure and improve their employee experience. His support has helped many local government organisations improve their levels of employee engagement and alignment.

Sanjaya has partnered with over 40 local government organisations, with some councils demonstrating significant improvements that have been featured in Insync case studies. In addition to his local government work, he has consulted for leading brands across sectors such as IT, Finance, Leisure, and Construction. His international experience includes delivering projects across multiple countries and playing a key role in establishing a global consultancy firm in his home country, Sri Lanka.

Sanjaya was a senior project manager and consultant at Great Place to Work, where he led high-impact engagement projects across diverse industries. His extensive experience in running end-to-end engagement and culture initiatives both in Australia and internationally reinforces his credibility and ability to deliver trusted advice to Insync’s clients.
